Silly - Home Alone 2: Lost in New York Reviews

Fun,entertaning, silly. Well silly. But this movie was silly.Even if it was a movie it was silly. It was silly .The movie was silly.

There once lived a salmon... - Home Alone 2: Lost in New York Reviews

same scenario has the first movie. except he is lost in new york. the robbers decide to head for new york for a new start in burlary. what a great way to go. anyhow, little culkin meets them on the street and escapes. some point in the moive he overhears them talking about stealing a chest full of money that is going to be giving a children's hospital or orphanage. to of coarse he stops them. they come after them. he ends up in his aunt and uncles hous that is getting refurbished. same thing. its still funny and very cute.

Not bad - Home Alone 2: Lost in New York Reviews

A real solid comedy movie! - Home Alone 2: Lost in New York Reviews

I watched the first Home Alone movie at the theater like most everyone did and enjoyed it. I was not looking forward to watching the second one because usually the second one never measures up to the first one. I was wrong here!! This is a rare case when the second movie is even better and more funny. I enjoyed watching Kevin run around New York and the bird lady character really warmed my heart. I plan on purchasing the box set of both movies because I believe that the Home Alone movies are going to become great comedy classics.

Intriguing - Home Alone 2: Lost in New York Reviews

This sequal packed more humor and fun than the first one. I laughed a lot harder during this movie. Yet, I felt that the crooks got a lot dumber. It was pretty good that a child can use his parents credit card without his parent being present. This was a little more touching as well, with that homeless woman and all.

Better than the first one!!!! - Home Alone 2: Lost in New York Reviews

I enjoyed both movies, but this one takes the cake!!!! This is so incredibly funny! The thugs got their treatment even worst the second time around, then they were put away for good! A classic christmas movie!!!!

Gr8! - Home Alone 2: Lost in New York Reviews

This movie was really great. I've watched it over and over. The movie is very thought out and planned carefully. It was a clever sequel. Lots of laughs (or "lol"). Great job, director of Harry Potter 1 and 2!

Comedy - Home Alone 2: Lost in New York Reviews

kelvin finds him self once again alone, this tine in the big apple. The wet bandits have escaped from jail and after a few more rounds with kelvin, probably would be safer in jail.

Hilarious! - Home Alone 2: Lost in New York Reviews

I thoroughly enjoy the first Home Alone and this one. The third one was "OK" and the fourth one I haven't even seen. Only the first two have the same cast members, and awesome script. (I think the 3rd and 4th were directed by another director, maybe?) I think I've watched the second Home Alone about 7 times, and the first Home Alone I've watched about 15 times :)

Macaulay once again makes it his own!!! - Home Alone 2: Lost in New York Reviews

In this movie a boy once again gets left by his parents. Getting in to some more trouble along the way. Overall a very cute movie.

Home alone2 - Home Alone 2: Lost in New York Reviews

again this movie is part of the biggest movie sequal in history. macauley culkin plays a great 10yr old in this movie a yr on from the last movie. this is a bit more realistic than the first but will neva b as good as the 1st.

Outstanding - Home Alone 2: Lost in New York Reviews

I love this movie, it doesn't get any better for holiday/comedy films in general. It's heartwarming, exciting, and a tear jerker all in one. Go buy this movie, you little trout sniffer.

A well thought out film - Home Alone 2: Lost in New York Reviews

The best thing about this movie is that Kevin, the main character is so smart. He thinks of hilarious pranks for the bad guys and hotel people. Anyone would like this film. It will keep you laughing the whole time!

Ha2 rocks even harder - Home Alone 2: Lost in New York Reviews

un oh he's at it again this time in new york city i like the part where he sets up the trap this time a bigger one bigger than the first time

Best one in the series - Home Alone 2: Lost in New York Reviews

The formula is the same as the first, only Kevin (Macaulay Culkin) finds himself in New York after he mistakenly boards the wrong plane. Marv and Harry (Joe Pesci and Daniel Stern) are back to get their revenge on the kid that took them to school in the first movie. Now the chase will begin again in the Big Apple.

A christmas must! - Home Alone 2: Lost in New York Reviews

Since the movie was released it has been a Christmas tradition to watch this movie thoughout the holidays. Too bad movies like this aren't made anymore. I was born in 1984 so its part of my generation and should be for the later ones as well. Enjoy and remember what the holidays are all about; greet any stranger and spread glee around this special days. Merry Christmas~!

Funny sequel - Home Alone 2: Lost in New York Reviews

It was probably just as good as the first one. The 1st had more heart while this had more suspense and goodies to see. The whole New York idea was played out flawlessly and the bird attack scene is definitely a part to not miss.

Hilarious! - Home Alone 2: Lost in New York Reviews

If you want an example of how to make a sequel just as good as the original, see this movie. Macauly Culkin is the one and only great actor for Kevin. Lost in New York was seen by my entire family, and we laughed and marveled at the creativity. The only reason I didn't give this movie an A+ is becase of the ending. Why did they have to turn family fun into a load of pranks played that could kill people? I don't know. But Harry and Marv are funny, and the way Kevin escapes from the hotel by playing the movie is hilarious! The last scene where he finds his mom and gives the turtle dove to the pidgeon lady is charming. then it's "Kevin! You spent $967 on room service!" says Buzz. Ah HA ha. I'd love to be Kevin, and have chocolate ice cream and pizza every day, and buy everything. I'll see this one again.

Ouch! - Home Alone 2: Lost in New York Reviews

The bad guys really have a big hospital bill. Poor things, if you like seeing guys getting nailed in the bumb and bricks hurled at the heads this movie is for you.

Many interesting things - Home Alone 2: Lost in New York Reviews

This movie is more interesting than the first Home Alone movie. This time, Kevin goes to chilly New York City, while the rest of his family goes to tropical Miami. There, Kevin explores to city, takes the most expensive room at one of the famous hotels, and sets up one of the rundowns for Marv and Harry, who were planning to rob Mr. Dunkin's toy store. My favorite part is when Marv and Harry runs into the traps inside the rundown. Then Christmas Day came and the movie is pretty much over.

Outstanding - Home Alone 2: Lost in New York Reviews

This movie was awesome. I loved it. This movie is probably fouth, third, or fifth place of my favorite movie list. My favorite part was when he was in his Plaza Hotel grand suite. I also liked the part when he was in the Duncan's Toy Chest. I also liked the part when he said that he smiled saying "We all do!" to the lady at the counter of the Plaze Hotel--he looks so cute :p Macualey's acting is pretty bad. Like when he was talking to his family and when he was upstairs talking to his mother he SOUNDED mad but if you look at his expression it just doesn't look like he is mad at all. Just BLANK emotion. Who I think has the BEST acting in this movie is probably the mother. The person probably made Home Alone and Home Alone 2 to teach us a lesson to not to do or say bad things to your loved ones.because something very bad just might happen to them or to you in which you take back all those nasty things you did to them but then. . . it's too late. Don't take them for granted because it just might happen. Thank you! :*

Just as good as the first - Home Alone 2: Lost in New York Reviews

Despite what people may think, I liked Home Alone 2: Lost in New York just as much if not more then Home Alone. Tim Curry adds his own brand of comedy making some scenes that could be dull...enjoyable.

Alone again! - Home Alone 2: Lost in New York Reviews

He's up past his bedtime in the city that never sleeps. This film a sequel to 'Home alone' which came out 2 years earlier is more of a remake than a sequel, but is nonetheless entertaining for Kids/some adults if it isn't as good as the original. The plot is pretty much the same - The Mccalister family go on a christmas holiday yet again this time to Florida, They wake up late... again, they rush to the airport....again and yes, they leave Kevin (Culkin) behind once again but this time not at home - but at the airport, they run too fast through the building that Kevin can't catch up and ends up following who he thinks is his father but alas is not, The family go to Florida while Kevin ends up in Cold, Snowy New York city. He ends up in a upmarket hotel with his Father's credit card while the slimy concierge (Tim Curry) tries to find out more about him. along the way he meets just released burglars HARRY & MARV (played with enthusiasm once more by Joe Pesci & Daniel Stern) once again and has to foil their plan to burgle a Toy shop. Please be aware:- This sequel is more violent than it's predessesor (i.e while at least 50 feet up on a building Kevin throws a concrete brick at hits marv right on the head - In real life he would be dead - but no he faints and gets up seconds later which is a very bad example to young children who may try and copy it against their family) The snowy New York scenery is wonderful and makes you feel warm inside and has a great christmasy soundtrack. Pesci & Stern do their best as bumbling burglars. It also has a wonderful role for Irish Actress Brenda Fricker as a pidgeon woman who lives in central park. It's done with a lot of style by Chris Columbus who directed the first and has since gone on to the Harry Potter series of films, and has a pretty good screenplay by Beethoven creator John Hughes. I also recommend: Home Alone, Finding Nemo, Shrek, The Lion King and E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial.

Better then home alone 1 - Home Alone 2: Lost in New York Reviews

This movie takes our fav character Kevin one step further. This time not left home but lost at the airport bording a wrong plane it sends our little whiz kid out to New York and allthough you would think some one would notice him, Kevin seems to pull of quite a few stunts including getting a hotel room on his dads creditcard. In all this movie is bigger and better then the 1st movie new tricks are introduced to us and not to mention u get a tour of new york. Like I said for the 1st movie if u don't wish to expose ur kids to violence< or give them new ideas how to make the worst day of ur life make look even worse> the you should avoid this movie. This movie like the 1st one will be talked about in years to come because like the grinch it has turned into a holiday classic which I may add u don't just have to watch on the holidays. So get some popcorn ready sit down and laugh your hearts out because I am giving this movie 2 thumbs up!!!!
